BTU Put Exit

I’m taking off the BTU puts at .30 for a $550 loss.  The trade was a small gamble over earnings that did not work out.  Since the reaction and earnings leave few reasons to sell BTU stock, I’m taking the little cash left in the trade and moving on.

On another note, TSO is pushing higher today as competitor VLO reported rising refining margins.  This puts TSO into the bullish run like we have seen in other trades like HD, GS, and DE.  For now, TSO has been valuable enough to take over the lead from John in account value but given the volatile nature of TSO, the lead is tenuous at best.  I plan to let TSO play out today.  Finally, KO is bouncing a bit this morning.  The stock is still trading below the 7 day moving average, but I will look to exit if KO closes above the 7.
